Founded in Spain in 1846, LOEWE began as a collective of leather artisans and has grown into a global luxury fashion brand rooted in Spanish craftsmanship and contemporary culture. Now part of the LVMH Group and headquartered in Madrid, the brand continues to merge tradition with innovation through its iconic leather goods, ready-to-wear collections, and cultural initiatives like the Loewe Foundation Craft Prize.

LOEWE x Korea University Global MBA Consulting Project

As part of the Korea University Global MBA program, I served as Marketing Co-Lead on a multicultural team of six to complete a three-month consulting project with LOEWE, a globally renowned luxury fashion brand.

LOEWE Korea’s main challenge: its global craft identity and storytelling were not resonating locally, leading to low buzz, poor recall, and missed opportunities in Korea’s high-impact luxury market.

My team developed localized strategies to highlight LOEWE’s art & craftsmanship heritage, aiming to draw 7k+ visitors, engage 300+ VIPs, and secure 10+ organic media features.
